How do I speak to an advisor to view old airtime bills

I would like to see old phone calls that I have made as I need to track calls to the local council for their complaint process.  My iphone only logs the last 100 calls and when I login into My O2 I can only see the current bill.  Is there a way to find old bills which log the calls I have made earlier this year?  Thank you.

If you go into My o2 and my Bills and then click on download and print latest bill you can go back about a year...
