My O2 account has likely been hijacked, leading to banking fraud. Trying to call O2 to report this, but nobody answers. Hopefully somebody from O2 will pick this up and actually contact me.
Also, three payments now made to O2 for current bill, but no response to Facebook message and can't get through by phone.
Will probably leave after this debacle. More interested in selling tickets than providing customer support.
