Extra: Audible Account Ineligible

Hi,

My Audible extra needs activated in the next 3 days, but I can't access it as I previously had an Audible account, which I had cancelled. 

The account takes 30 days to cancel, meaning I'll go over my 3 day limit to access the extra.

Is there there way around this? I've paid for it so I want to use it!

Hi @JaimiM 

You need to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
