I had an iphone and used the My O2 app. I have now upgraded and kept my number (although I did have a temporary number for a day while my old one migrated). The my O2 account does not recognise me now.

Have you tried using the forotten password link to reset your password?

My computer remembered the password for me. They then send me a code by text which I type in and then it says:
Contact number already associated with another user.
Your contact number couldn't be updated
You will need to use a different number for this account.
When I ring them I get this dreadful automated thing which won't take me through to an advisor.
