I had Disney plus and then got the offer to get 3 months free as Xmas thank you. so went through the process as all on O2 and it won’t activate and shows error page waited 48hrs. Had a chat online and was told wait another 24-48 hrs. It first had to remove my Disney account from my O2 account and have a young son who wants to watch it but can’t HELP

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
I think they are waiting for Disney to update something on there side, is all I can summise

This is a known issue that O2 need to sort out.
I'd suggest you all report it on social media.

Same issue here. Went into o2 shop they are blaming Disney + and claire. They are unable to help. What a waste of time!!
