@VJ2 There are at a minimum, fifty posts about this problem, the latest being right under yours. There is an ongoing issue that O2 has not been able to resolve as yet, and probably won't now until after Christmas. You'll have to check back here or call customer service to find out when the problem eventually gets sorted.
