Good Morning,
I was recently offered a free 6 month trial of Disney +.
I accepted the offer on Monday 20th December and received a text stating a would receive a text message within 24hr to confirm this had been applied to my account - no such text has been received and it is over 24hrs.
I have logged into my account to active Disney + and have been met with problems twice stating “Opps”
Please advise?

There seems to be a problem activating Disney at the moment.
We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

I had exactly the same on the 20th December aswell. I was confused and was a little worried it was some kind of scam, so atleast pleased to hear someone else is in the same situation.

I am having the exact same problem, called customer service he told me he has activated from his side but I still can’t renew my Disney + I am going to type help on social media.

I have the same problem - Never received the text/email with the activation/offer code. Spoke with O2 customer services who re-submitted the extra to my account, but, once again no code was sent. Online chat just gave me the following answer "Managers know there's a problem with D+" Great Help !! O2 Get ya finger out and sort the problem or stop offering something you are unable to deliver.

Latest from O2 is that the problem is with Disney, sorry but if you offer your customers a promotion then you need to ensure you can fulfill the offer. 3 days I have tried to activate D+ and just get the same loop on O2 website... Can't see how that can be Disney's error.
