Latest from O2 is that the problem is with Disney, sorry but if you
offer your customers a promotion then you need to ensure you can fulfill
the offer. 3 days I have tried to activate D+ and just get the same loop
on O2 website... Can't see how that ...
I have the same problem - Never received the text/email with the
activation/offer code. Spoke with O2 customer services who re-submitted
the extra to my account, but, once again no code was sent. Online chat
just gave me the following answer "Manager...
