Disney Plus extra

Hi!

 

I'm trying to add Disney+ to my pay monthly account as per this page - https://www.o2.co.uk/extras/disney-plus

However when i go into MyO2 to add it in, i can't find the option anywhere & can't call o2 as they are only taking urgent calls due to high demand, which is understandable!

 

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

I believe today is the first day you can add the offer so it might take a short while for your account to catch up.

I'd suggest you keep checking to see if the option appears for you.

Go into your O2 then click extras.

 

I added it earlier however now its telling me to redeem it even though I have.  When i click on redeem now it says offer already redemmed, be interesting to see if you get the same once youve added it

I have been having the same problem with trying to add this all morning - need to keep the kids occupied somehow !

 

Have gone into MyO2 and i cant see anything to add "extras" - only offers and bolt ons ?? Is it actually offers I should be going to ? However there is no option to add Disney+ anywhere in that section ... or any section as far as I can see ?

 

Any help much appreciated !

Existing customers will get a £2.00  per month discount.

New and upgrading customers can add this as a free extra.

I'm having the same problem, I've only been with O2 a few days so am not really sure if that's why I don't see that option.

You will need to call customer service.

If you’re joining O2 or upgrading, you can choose Disney+ as your included Extra when completing your order online, in store or over the phone.
