Hi
I recently switched to o2 and service wise it's been an absolute pain. I'm trying to use the London underground WiFi but keep getting a message that the number I've registered with is not correct, or something along those lines.
Somewhere on the o2 website, it suggest deleting My o2 account and reregistering. Thing is, I can't see this option anywhere. In the end, I just need to be able to use the WiFi underground. Any advice?

It will be the number registered in Virgin Media's Authentication Database, and to be honest you are not missing much not being able to use the Underground service, as it is not brilliant and Vodafone pulled all support it for due to it been so bad,
