Good  morning I rang a few days ago as was waiting on a new phone to be told they couldn't find my address so was going back to yourselves and my contract would be cancelled by the 20th of this month. Was told to go to my nearest 02 shop to buy the phone but still showing on my account I have the phone so cannot get my new phone please can you advise maggie

If the courier could not find your house to deliver your new phone, @170217 - you may have to wait until the return to O2 is received and processed. The O2 shop should be able to help you - just take photo id and your e-mail sales receipt when you visit the store. Good luck.

I have been yesterday and said they cannot help as it still showing I have the new phone on my account could you advise how long this will take to come off my account as not very happy as I actually paid off my phone on the 9th of June to purchase another phone but not my fault the driver could not find my address
