I no longer want to continue with my O2 contract so I am planning to cancel my O2 contract in a near future. 

I want to finally be disconnected on the 1st of December 2021 and I want to have my final bill in December 2021.

I've seen that guide so many times but it doesn't help. I've tried to contact O2 several times and have been unable to get through to anyone regarding cancellation of my contract. "o obtain a STAC code text STAC to 75075" - that doesn't work, all O2 respond with is 'there has been an issue with your request'.

 

I have used the PAC route but there is nothing to say they will cancel my contract (which has ended anyway and I was due for an upgrade) so I am at a loss at what to do. I've cancelled my direct debit but am worried they will try to fine me.

 

It is impossible to speak to anyone, the chat function is abysmal and I am looking forward to leaving O2!

Try any of these numbers to call customer service.

Call 202 from your mobile or 0344 809 0202

If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
