Child's phone has disappeared from my My02 profile

I used to be able to see and manage my kid's phone from within my own My02 profile, most recently yesterday through the app.

 

Then I somehow got logged out of the app. Logged back in, could only see my phone. Tried to add their phone, got an error that it was already registered to another account. Found out that it was registered to an account with a username that was my email address but with a 1 and an s in front of the first half, which was kind of weird. Couldn't login with those credentials anyhow, or recover the password. 

 

Spoke to customer support who reset my password. Went back to My02 and.. could see my kid's phone! Except then I got logged out, logged back in again and could not see it.

 

02 rep was helpful and patient, but did not seem able to address this. I was expecting a call back but that didn't come.

 

Anyone - any ideas?
