Why when I'm on a 12 month pay as you go £22 per month for 25 Gig but only using on average 3 Gig per month isn't there an option in the app to select a lower cheaper tariff.

There is no option to lower any tariff unless the customer is on a flex plan https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs

Also worth mentioning that it's a SIM only not PAYG tariff that you are on.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Flexible tariffs are only avaiable on some Refresh contracts. If you have a sim only contract then you have to pay what you agreed when you signed up.
