Can I change this contract into my daughters name as it is her phone and she pays for the contract

No, she will need to take a contract in her name and pass the credit checks.

The number can then be migrated Guide: Migration & porting into O2

@Paul_1 Sorry, no, you can't do that. Your daughter would need to take a contract in her own name and go through the credit check process. If she is approved you can then call O2 to transfer the number.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

No because it would be in the name of somebody who didn't take out the contract and passed the credit check.

She would need to take out a contract in her own name and pass credit.

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
