If you are changing the name because you have got married (congratulations!) then follow the process on the link below.

If you are wanting to get the contract in your name instead of a parents or partners name then you will need to take out your own contract (including passing credit/affordability checks) and then ask o2 to move the number from the current contract to a new one.
Remember that if you are not out of the minimum period then there will (might) be charges to end it early.
