So I moved Sunday- how can I change my address so I can get the letter to me?

You can change it under your details in your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/
Or you need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

I somehow can't seem to find the option in My O2 account to update my address. When I go to 'Update your personal details' and there is a line 'You may have a billing address linked to some of your accounts. To see or change an address, select an account from My O2'
I click on the link and I just keep going round in circles. I had to place a request through an agent on chat. This must be such a basic thing to do as a self-service.
