I just upgraded to an iPhone Xs today, however in the My o2 app the ‘name’ of my tariff (underneath My O2 at the top of the app) still says iPhone 8.

I realise this is a rather small nitpick but I have to admit it bugs me. Any chance of a way to change our tariff ‘name?’

On the device page at the top, you can edit the device name to anything you want.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hey @KevClynes, were you able to change the name with the information above? How are you liking the new XS? slight_smile
