Hi, I have been trying to login to the app without much luck
I can login to MyO2 with no problems, on the web.
- I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled
- I have reset my password and confirm this still works on the web
Tried to get through to support but over 35 minute wait on the phone. Anyone else having issues?
(also cannot print my latest bill (using the web) the site crashes with an authentication error.)

You need to contact O2.

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
