Good evening
Can anyone please help me? My elderly dad called Virgin Media to report a problem with his digital TV service and was put through to O2 and sold a monthly sim contract - he is hard of hearing, didn't understand and now I am trying to cancel this for him. Am going round in circles trying to get in touch to get this cancelled and refunded - would be grateful for any help, thanks
