I hope someone can help me. My contract run out a week ago
I was called by o2 a month before my contract expired to get me to upgrade early.
Basically they couldn't beat a deal I'd seen online so told me I was best off cancelling my contract when it ends, so I took out another contract when that one ended cause I didn't want to be without a phone.
Now we are in the corona virus pandemic and can't get through to anyone from o2 to cancel
I've tried emailing, phone even sending in a complaint
My question is can't I cancel online?
