Morning folks. I accidentally ordered a data bolt on yesterday and want to cancel it. There’s a lot of responses on here to similar questions that say “you can cancel in the MyO2 page.” I’m looking for more detail on how I go about this. If trawled myo2 but can’t seem to find where it is located on the page.
Solved! Go to Solution.

O2 is moving customers from its legacy billing system to a new system called 360. If you are on the legacy system, you will have to call or contact O2 to remove most bolt-ons, details in the link at the foot of this post.
If on O2's new 360 system, connect using the MyO2 App (web version functionality is different from App currently, until 360 migration completes!):
Then "View your Bolt Ons":
You have option to remove most of them by tapping on the misbehaving one:
Note some data bolt ones remain active for 30 days and drip away by themselves - need O2 help for those, ways to contact them via Social Media just below, or all ways here: Guide: How to find help & contact O2
Good luck, @SB17-24.
