Cancel an extra

Hi, I have message O2 on facebook and tried calling customer service but couldn'tget any help. All I want to know is how do I cancel my extra, on website it says I can do it through 'My O2 app' but it doesn't say how.
I tried calling 202 but they directed me to customer services number but I wasn't able to talk to anyone.
Can please someone explain to me how do I cancel an extra?

No you can't cancel through the app @Srssilva 

You have to contact customer services  Guide: How to find help & contact O2

If you go into Extras and click on the extra it gives you the option o 'manage', from there you can delete it.

First I knew about that @jonsie ? I have seen on numerous threads people are being told to contact customer services?

When I added Disney yesterday there was an option to remove Prime video. This was on the laptop.

I have messaged them on facebook and instagram. I was trying to find the live chat but can't find it. 

On customer services no one picks up.
