It’s now been a week since i ordered my phone, i got emailed all the legal documents and agreements aswell as them telling me they have my order so i’m sure it went through. however i have no received my phone yet and it’s been a week, no more emails about where it is. i still don’t have a dispatch email. it could be out of stock and i don’t know when they are restocking. someone on here said they got their money back since they were out of stock which i don’t want to happen. should i call customer services, i know your supposed to call only for important reasons but it’s been a whole week since i ordered my phone and got no further information.
