Can’t use SIM for the code given

Hello, I live abroad and have an outstanding bill to pay. When I enter my sim into my phone to get the code to log in to my O2 to pay my bill, I get no signal so therefore don’t get the message delivered for the code

 

any chance it can be changed to either a new number or I can just be given the code via email?
