Can't log into My O2 account because my phone is broken

My phone broke and I have an old one I would like to use an eSIM with. However, I cannot access my O2 account because the old phone is broken and I cannot receive a one-time code over SMS.

Put your sim in any phone to receive the code and avoid esim at all costs as it's just more problems.

This is a customer to customer community, not O2, so we cannot access your account, sorry.

You need to contact O2.
