Can't checkout on upgrade page

Hi,
I am trying to checkout my basket to upgrade but it just keeps refreshing the page and does not let me checkout.

Try a different browser or Incognito mode and see if the same occurs, as sometimes like all websites it has its moments to misbehave.

I am having this same issue too.
I have tried different devices, browsers and the O2 app. When I press checkout it refreshes the page and does not progress.
