This is not O2. This is a customer community.

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217 

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Probably too late to change it for this month. 

Be careful you don't end up making a double payment

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.

You can change it yourself under billing in your MyO2.
