You have sent an email to say we are due a refund of £186.26 I have tried to contact via my O2 account but have not got access, please can you let me know how I can proceed, when I am unable to access due to no longer being a customer of O2?

Leaving and have my Stac code.

I'm leaving O2 and have my Stac code but i'm not going to a new provider i just want to close my account here. Where do i use my code? I just want to leave and not spend hours being bounced around through sales and retention teams on the phone.

New phone

I have ordered a new phone and it’s currently on the way. When trying to log in to my o2 it says I don’t have access and to ask for help after 48 hours- it’s now been 5 days! Also when I log in to the website it says I have no products. Confused!!
