Both airtime payments and device plan payment not going out together

Good morning, I have noticed none of the airtime payments are automatically going out with my device plan payment on the monthly basis and I am having to manually pay this, please can it be set up so both go out

The opening times are:

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

Sunday – 9am to 6pm
