I’ve just changed my tarring as I keep running out of data, it doesn’t come in to effect until next month. I need more data sooner and it won’t let me do a bolt on as it keeps flashing up with the new tarring information. How do I get more data sooner please?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Same problem. Got a text from O2 letting me know that I was out of data and offering me a higher tariff. I texted the number and took the higher tariff and by doing that, it took away the option of getting a bolt on of more data in the meantime. Now I'm stuck for a week with no data and no option to get more. What a bunch of idiots. Surely if they're going to work it like that the tariff would start immediately so you're not left with a phone that doesn't work until your next bill period.
