Hello,
I cancelled my plan and paid the last bill and received just recieved another bill.
I was told this wouldn’t happen. We no longer have UK numbers so I can’t even sign in to my 02. Our British accounts are also closed. The numbers on the account. I can be contacted at cavan.j.austin**Personal info*

I have in writing from 02 that everything was paid for and this was shut down. So, I am confused to this issue on your end.
