I just tried to check how much data I have left this month and found that my pay monthly account has disappeared. I genuinely have no idea why anyone stays with O2, I've had a terrible experience from the moment I was locked into a contract.
I recently moved the SIM over to a new phone, perhaps that's got something to do with this.
I'll be cancelling my account the moment I get the chance. I've given them so many chances

You and hundreds of others. O2 have been updating their systems and ended up in a mess
If you are trying to log in to the My O2 app
Instead try the web version

If that works then delete the app, reboot phone and reinstall
