I can’t login to my account because it wants a security check and sends a text, problem is I don’t have my phone as I’ve sent it off for repair, what can I do?
You'll have to get O2 CS to add a second number into your account - or put the SIM (you did not send that away as well with your phone, did you?) from your broken phone into another phone so you receive the text, @Rosstguk
