Hello,
For over a week or two, When I login to myO2 it says I have no products and my number is incorrect. I have had an account for over a decade and recently got a letter saying it was being updated, now this? Anyone else experiencing this?
I tried speaking to 202, was on hold
for 30mins and then the operator said they couldn’t hear me and terminated the call.

O2 are in the process of updating all their systems and, quite frankly, made a mess of it. You are one of thousand.
