Hi all. 

I pre-ordered the iPhone 15 Pro Max in store as part of my Switch Up. Before leaving I was texted a reference code & given a receipt and told to bring this back to store on pick up day which according to text is **Personal info**23. 

I just logged into my O2 account tonight and checked recent orders and the iPhone 15 Pro Max is not showing in recent orders. Should I be concerned?

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Mine took a few days to show in my recent order.

my frustration is what’s the point of pre order??? My local o2 shop has them in stock. But we’ve still got to wait.

surely pre order gets priority?

I pre-ordered my 15 pro max in store and got a txt receipt telling my delivery would be on the 22nd of September, I wasn't able to check on my account my orders so I just trusted in the pre-order process.

I got my new iPhone on the 22nd as stated as part of switch up. 

I wouldn't of worried about not being able to see it in your orders section, If you ordered it at the right time you'd get it for launch unless told otherwise.
