I received an email that i was in credit and was due a refund. To sign in and enter my details to receive it ? When i sign in theres nowhere for me to do this.

This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It will repay it to the account used for payments that O2 have on-file for you, and has been tested 👍🏼

Yes I can confirm this is correct. About 4 months ago I withdrew a sum of money accrued as rewards, using the method shown in the post above. The only 'surprise' was, I couldn't choose how much I wanted to withdraw. It was all of it (or nothing) 😂
Actually as I didn't receive confirmation from O2, I thought the request had failed. However, when I checked my bank two days later, the refund was showing.
PS, I didn't use the app, I used my PC but the withdrawal was exactly the same.
