So I’ve started a list.

Can people let me know and I will request access to keep this updated.

Do you also want a list of the 4G roaming networks too?

@EmilieT@Marjo

can you help

Current List Below in Boxes are the Standard ones In the EU

These are outside EU roaming but do have 4G Roaming.

Argentina

Australia

Canada*

UAE

Uruguay

USA*

Please note that for Canada and USA, very few phones have computable 4G bands for these countries due to the difference in frequencies.

Please dont assume that you will get 4G on your Device because you get it I’m UK.  Please ask first.

Good idea @darrengf

What about extending it to non EU countries? (I know its a lot to ask but many people take holidays outside of the EU).

During the last couple of weeks we have had posts where people are travelling to India, Egypt, New Zealand etc.

You are lucky to get any data usage worth having in many countries outside the EU

ie Thailand, Laos, Hong Kong, Japan, Cambodia and Korea from personal experience just over 12 months ago, unless things have changed in Asia? Difficult task I think.

I'm surprised that you list Japan and Korea as not having 4G @jonsie, or do you just mean they don't have roaming agreements with O2?

Edit: According to this article, the UK isn't even in the top 20.

Those countries only had 3G when I visited and data speeds were 0.5Mb or worse.
