PHONE CALL GALORE

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi - I have received over 1500 calls since 10pm last night, that is just over 14 hours. All calls were unsolictored, and not welcome.  O2 said I have to block all the calls, I did this and yes have a guess, even more and yet still more.  O2 have said they cannot do anything about this issue.  I have stated that I wanted to cancel my contract, in which they stated I can if I wish.........talk about GREAT customer service.....NOT!!  Avoid O2 at ALL COSTS

1500 calls in 14 hours? That's a 100 calls an hour even when you are sleeping? Sorry but I find those numbers difficult to believe. I don't doubt you are getting lots of spam calls so have you thought of changing your number?

You'll just have to add them to your blocked call list then.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Block the numbers but 1500 that's hard to believe, I'd say 150 or even 15 realistically, the only way as said is to change your number. There is nothing else apart from this that you can do,

plus if you leave, you will have to pay off the remainder of your contract, ask for your PAC if you wish to take your number to another provider but I'm afraid you may find the same thing happening

Please excuse my curiosity, and all my questions, but who are the calls from? Was it the same number calling 1500 times or was it different numbers? Did you answer any of them? Have you recently subscribed to something? Why didn't you just turn your phone off?

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

There would have to be one call every 40 seconds or so presuming these people don't sleep....
