Loss of data

As you have a contract with me to provide a service which you have failed to do today, im looking for compensation as i pay my account when its due i keep up my contract with you, but today with loss of coverage my job was affected as i need to be in contact with parents of my service users of special needs, which i was unable to do today.. in these times of technology i find this unnacceptable

Check the t&C's.
The service is not guaranteed 100%

This isn't O2 you are talking to, it's a customer forum. The service is being restored now so you wont get anything for today https://status.o2.co.uk/

Actually I think you will find it’s YOU that has a contract with O2 not the other way around
