Loss of connectivity in Belfast at a daily basis

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hello,

I am a pay as you go O2 user, and since last week, every day, from 11:00-16:00 approximately, there are signal problems in Belfast city center (BT1 4LS). I understand that this thing can happen, however it's been ongoing for several days and lasts several hours every day. It is becoming quite annoying that every day there is a mast problem here, as it says in the live coverage checker. Is there any particular reason this is happening in the same place every day for more than a week?

Thanks in advance

Vassilis

Yes but peak times have always existed however the problem is quite recent.

Peak times would only be seen as a problem when another mast was faulty - If all masts are working OK it wouldn't be an issue.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
