we don't guarantee you phone will change masks

been with o2 over ten years 4 contracts its now time to go

 

problem had samsung s6 three months 

 

exchanged my firt one as it was getting too warm when charging

 

the phone they gave me might as well be a land line

 

as it keeps telling me not regested on network 

 

had a sim swop still the same 

rebooted still the same

spoke to o2 again today and the told me they dont garantee phone will switch between masks with out dropping off the network 

 

what a joke

Contact Samsung directly for a repair, at least you'll know if it's phone or network that's the problem http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/
