O2 Customer Support

What is it with O2 recently? 3 times now I have started chat sessions only to be disconnected due to "technical difficulties" before I have resolved my problem. They used to be so good but don't seem to care anymore.

An economic tarrif?

I currrently use a Pay as you Go and see that its costing me 14 pence to send a Text message. Can anyone advise me if there is a more cost effective tarrif.As I am very hard of hearing I try not to use voice preffering to use text.

signal NR33

2 phones on (n)O2. One is dual sim (voda - working fine) O2 dreadful for 2 weeks, low/no signal and dropping out mid-call. Phoned them up - dishonest response. Still no better. Got my PAC code. I'm off.

Contacting O2

Please help I need to speak to someone at O2 and have been ringing and ringing and there is no answer, I held on for over 20mins and that was from a landline. I cannot manage to get hold of anybody either online or on the phone.
