O2 coustomer service is very poor coustomer service.
I want to upgrade my device but sometime call drop and sometime they,I need to call you back but nobody call me back.
In my I have never see this type of coustomer service.

Well this isnt customer services, so whinging at us, will not make any difference... your best option is to go into a store as we have suggested, or use another phone or Skype and call on +44 800 081 0255
Although if you are struggling with network coverage get some PAYG sims to test coverage and then move networks...

Well all of us answering here know how bad things have become. Hence suggesting a store when you speak with someone face to face
