I have been unable to sign in to my account on my laptop because the "sign in" blue box below username and password is grayed out. It is active for about 1/2 a second when I hit the sign in at the top of a o2 page. Any ideas as to why? Its ok on my mobile.

what browser ? ie10 gave me issues I reverted to ie9 no issues.
if in ie10 you have to switch between compatability mode to log in then non compatiability mode to continue.
