@slowsandal I've tried to log in using a VPN in the past and have been unable to do so. It's obviously something O2 doesn't like. Don't know the reason why.

What IP is your VPN giving?, as if it is a non UK IP, the o2 website has never liked it.. So try setting your VPN to use a UK based IP.

i have it set to uk, once i had created the account i am able to log in using a vpn, it just wont create an account while using a vpn

The best way to create an account is by using mobile data on the phone / SIM the account will refer to.

that was not possible in this case because the reason i joined is to make a complaint about the mobile data not working in my area

Just turn the VPN off while you register. Can't see it being a problem in the time it takes to do that.

thats what i had to do but it is a security risk, it only takes seconds to hack
