Anyone else having an issue with imessage and factime not able to be activated ... i have been on the phone to O2 8 times now - keep getting cut off and no phone calls back. Hours i have now spent trying to sort this out. One of the responses was that they would like the phone back to investigate but they werent willing to send me a replacement phone until they had investigated the issue with the current phone. Customer service should come first. They have tried fobbing me off to Apple (which in fact they were my first point of contact but Apple advised it was a network issue) Anyone have any tips/ information - all i want is my phone to work (fyi i have tried resetting network settings multiple times, was told switching to an e-sim would sort all the issues out - it did not) everytime im put on hold i get cut off (even on another phone)

@Fain Sadly O2's customer service has gone steadily downhill and seems to get worse every day. It's doubtful anyone here can solve your issue, as Apple has passed it back to O2. Have you tried going in store and asking for a physical sim rather than an esim? If you do go in store, be sure to bring photo ID with you.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

@Fain

Is your number showing in Settings >Phone >My number?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
