retrieving voicemails from abroad

Anonymous
Not applicable

Can anyone help me to retrieve emails when abroad?  I am in Argentina, and 901 doesn't work.  When I follow the 02 advice and dial the number which they have sent by text (0044 7461 723 760), it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Dial your own number and press * when your VM answers.

Be sure to switch your mobile off and use a landline. You will need a 4-digit pin if you haven't already set one up. Default pin is 8705 which you have to change.

Personally if I want to use voicemail I use it purely through the TU app over wifi as it's free to listen.

I believe you can still call yourself from your own mobile?
