Have you attempted to pay this bill and failed then? Have a look at this guide on ways to pay. As said there are some problems with payments at the moment but this all depends whether you are trying to pay online or not

Good luck with the payment, as said call customer service before trying the automated payment system.
It can take 24-48 hours to be reconnected and there may be a charge but you will need to call up to get service back.

You likely will receive a £15 reconnection fee on top of what you already owe
