I tried to purchase 2phones that they advertised on the internet from 02 on the 28th oct they took money out of my acc 29th oct -/ guess what none in stock trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth without a jag i tried to contact them to speak to them but all i got was the faceless live chat with no help .
i eventually got them to commit that i would get it back after 7days but they said it was from 5thNov this was when it was cancelled they said OK i will accept this checked acc today no refund spoke to the faceless ones and was told it was 14days to get refund if 02 are that hard up that they have to (robin hood) peoples money then i am not surprised of the profit they (robin hood )
still lesson learned dont trust if you think you are getting bargain its just to suck you in.
